ただ、雨天時に雨漏りする事でも分かるように、良くメンテされてないのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR加古川駅から車で13分、最寄りのJR加古川線日岡駅は車で5分、一番近いコンビニまで車で5分、一番近い飲食店は車で3分と、やや不便な所にあります。
武道館自体は天井がとても高く、窓も大きくて明るい、たいへん立派な施設です。畳敷き二面の道場と、板敷二面の道場が通路を挟んで一つずつあります。10人程度の団体なら4つが同時に稽古可能。ただし冷暖房が無いため、夏は大変に暑いです。シャワー室は無料で温水使用可。トイレは障碍者用多目的トイレは一つありますが、ウォシュレットが無いのが残念です。平成3年の開館から30年近く経過しているため、設備の老朽化も所々感じます。窓外や玄関前の植え込みに蜘蛛の巣がビッシリ張って見苦しいので、週一程度は除去をお願いしたいところです。（2019.7.4.追記：対応して下さったようで蜘蛛の巣除去されています。ありがとうございました。）
