一年ぶりにくり饅頭購入。渋の残る最高の栗が、ただ甘いだけの仕入れ栗に。最低ランクの和菓子になりました。これならヤマザキで十分。わざわざ行く価値なし。

イチゴ大福をいただきました。紅白のイチゴ大福で、白は粒餡、赤は白餡でした。6月迄は販売しているみたいなので、また買いたいです。美味しかったです☺️

久しぶりにみたらし団子と桜餅購入 団子は粉っぽく弾力もなし、みたらし団子好きな僕でさえ一個食べて残しました。タレも以前とは味が変わってました。桜餅ももちの歯切れ悪く香りもない。しかも餡子さえ、自社で作ってない。それで老舗和菓子屋と名乗れるのでしょうか。悲しいことです。

洋菓子より和菓子が好きで自分でも作ります、他から越して来て、ここのが美味しい美味しいって言われてるから何種類か食べてみたけど、申し訳ないけど、どれも美味しいと思った事がないです。餅が柔らかすぎてハナタレ餅だし・・・餡子は既製品みたいだし・・・正直パウンドケーキも素人以下レベル…自分で作ったトップクーヘンのが数倍美味しいです。 曲がりなりにも老舗の和菓子屋を歌ってるなら、餡子は自店で作るのが基本では?神戸の洋菓子や京都の和菓子に慣れてる人間からすると、よく言えば素人っぽい素朴な味(これもちょっと無理やりだけどw)悪く言えば、やっぱり田舎の競争相手も少ない地域の和菓子屋さんって感じです。

いちご大福うまし!桜餅、お団子、柏餅、どら焼きなんかもほんと美味しい。昔ながらのお味です。一度店内のどら焼きの皮(カステラ部分)を焼くところ見てしまいました。銅板の上で素早く、くるっと弧を描きながら職人技でカステラを焼いてるところを。素晴らしい技でした、お客様の見えるとこで焼いてくれたらいいな~と思いました。
Strawberry Daifuku delicious! Sakura mochi, dumplings, Kashiwa mochi, and dorayaki are really delicious. It has a traditional taste. I once saw the dorayaki inside the store (castella portion) being baked. I'm baking castella with a craftsmanship while drawing an arc quickly on a copper plate. It was a wonderful technique, and I thought it would be nice to have it cooked in the way customers can see it.
