予約をして順番が来たので来てくださいと電話が来たので行ったら1時間以上待たされました。
1年前の血液検査で異常があったので結果を見てほしく、写真見てくださいと携帯を見せようとしたら"あのさあ、そういうの実物で持ってきてくれないと、コピーして紙で保管する必要があるの"と言われ見てもくれませんでした。診断書に血液検査をして欲しいと書いたのですがなぜかレントゲンをすることに…不思議に思い何のために撮るのか聞いたところため息をつきながらバーっと説明され最終的には"で、撮るの？撮らないの？"と急かされ、今他にも待ってる患者さんがいっぱいいるから満足行く対応は出来ない"と言われました。
怖かったので撮りますと言ったら異常がなかったので、じゃあ気にしなくていいということですか？と聞いたら凄く強い言い方で"気にしないでください!こんなことでレントゲン撮ったのは初めてです"とピシャッと言われました。最終的に気のせいということにされ血液検査もしてくれずそのまま3900円を請求され帰されることに…怖すぎて泣きながら帰りました。
口コミが良かった分期待していたので本当に残念です。忙しいのは分かりますが患者を待たせている分充分な対応をして欲しいです。こんなに雑な医者は初めてでした。
