★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここなのか、良く分からないが出前館を初めて利用しようとしてアクセスしたが、食べたい店が営業中なのに、営業時間外と出ていた為、出前館に問い合わせた所、お店に問い合わせくださいと返信が来たので、お店に問い合わせ所、出前館自体が3時から5時迄休みと言われたので、その旨出前館の問い合わせセンターに、メールを送ったが、無しのつぶて、最初に問い合わせたら1時間もしない間に返事が来たのに、2回目は何も言って来ない、日が変わっても何も言って来ない。また初めて利用すると割引クーポン使えると有ったが出前の為のやり方が分かりづらく、途中でライン経由しないと利用出来ない見たいでそのまま頼む羽目になってしまった。また値段もかなりぼったくり値段が220円で出しているお店の食べ物が出前館を通すと380円かかるし高過ぎる。もう2度と頼まないと思った。
I'm not sure if it's here, but I tried to use the delivery hall for the first time, but the store I wanted to eat was open, but it was out of business hours, so when I contacted the delivery hall, I replied that I should contact the store. I was told that the inquiry office and the delivery hall itself would be closed from 3:00 to 5:00, so I sent an email to the inquiry center of the delivery hall to that effect. When I inquired, I got a reply in less than an hour, but the second time I didn't say anything, and even if the day changed, I didn't say anything. Also, when I used it for the first time, I was told that I could use a discount coupon, but it was difficult to understand how to deliver it, and I had to ask for it as it was because I wanted to see it that I could not use it unless I went through the line on the way. Also, the price is quite rip-off, and the food at the restaurant, which is priced at 220 yen, costs 380 yen through the delivery hall, which is too expensive. I thought I would never ask again.

お問い合わせで出前館に電話をかけても繋がらない。
お店のほうに掛けるとずっと配達指示待ちという表示されたまま進まないとのことでした。
さすがに5時間待たせといてなんの連絡もなしとかどうなんですかね。いい加減にしろよ。
普通にやってること詐欺やん。

How about waiting for 5 hours without any contact? Don't be afraid.
