★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カフェというか、レストランというかよくわからないお店になっていますが、元々マスターは自家焙煎の珈琲豆屋さん。豆は店に行っても並べてないので、注文はHP、メールなどで注文です。
焙煎技術は日本で最高だと思います。特に深煎りにしたときに、苦みだけではなく甘みを引き出す焙煎は素晴らしいです。マスターの焙煎する豆を飲むようになって20年ほどになりますが、ここを超える豆はありませんでした。
It's a cafe or a restaurant, but I'm not sure if it's a restaurant, but the master was originally a coffee bean shop that was roasted in-house. Even if I go to the store, the beans are not lined up, so I order by HP, email, etc.
I think the roasting technology is the best in Japan. Especially when deep roasted, roasting that brings out not only bitterness but also sweetness is wonderful. It's been about 20 years since I started drinking the beans roasted by Master, but no beans have exceeded this.

こちら以外のコーヒーを飲むと、最初の数口以外はチェイサーのようにお湯を足したくなるのですが、こちらの珈琲は最後までそのままで美味しく戴くことができました。
以前は軽食も提供されていたそうですが、現在は珈琲だけです。
コーヒーの話をはじめ、バイクや車の話もマスターとできるので、一人で行っても至福の時が過ごせます。（犬好きの方には特にと思います）
私は必ずと言っていいほど犬には吠えられるたちですが、こちらでは全く吠えられることはありませんでしたので、犬があまり得意でない方にも安心して訪れられると思います。
県道18号からだと、途中から砂利道となる細い急坂をしばらく登る必要があり、自転車ではかなり難儀すると思います。地元の人の話では押して歩く人が多いとのことですが、電動自転車なら問題なく行けるレベルです。
反対側からは、砂利道の急な下り坂になるので、ブレーキも効きにくく、スピードに要注意です。また、迷路のような道なので、Googleマップと首っ引きでないとたどり着くのが難しいかもです。

There are many people who push and walk in the story of local people, but if it is an electric bicycle, it is a level that can go without problems.
From the other side, it becomes a steep downhill on the gravel road, so the brake is not effective and the speed is important. Also, because it is a maze-like road, it may be difficult to get to it without being pulled from Google Maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焙煎、ローストのこだわり、コーヒーの概念が代わりました。美味しいです。引きの具合、お湯の注ぎ方も重要と思いますがともかく基本のお豆、おすすめです。
