神田駅から横断歩道を渡ってすぐの場所。
朝そばで利用しました。
立ち食いではなく、座って食べられるお店。
朝からほぼ席は埋まっている状態です。
元祖天玉そば450円と鮭おにぎり100円を頼みました。
料理提供後、その場で会計します。
分厚いかき揚げに、温泉卵がのっています。
サクッとした食感のかき揚げでした。
汁を吸い込むとしっとり。
分厚いだけあって衣の量が多く、少し重たくもなります。
そばに適度な油は合いますが、一定量超えるとちょっと。
立ち食いそばというと、ほぼほぼかき揚げを頼みますが、なかなか難しい。
揚げたてか、サクッとした食感があるか、ボリュームは、重たくないか、汁との相性はなどなど、なかなか程よいものはない。
そばはすっと食べやすい。
つなぎ多めで、コシも少しある感じ。
汁は大部分、かき揚げに持っていかれました。
鮭おにぎりは、ふんわり握られていて美味しかったです。

The seats are almost full from the morning.
I ordered the original Tentama soba for 450 yen and salmon rice ball for 100 yen.
After serving the food, we will make the payment on the spot.
Onsen tamago is on top of the thick kakiage.
It was a crispy kakiage.
Moist when inhaling juice.
As it is thick, it has a large amount of batter and is a little heavy.
A moderate amount of oil goes well with soba, but if it exceeds a certain amount, it will be a little.
When it comes to standing soba, I almost always ask for kakiage, but it's quite difficult.
There is nothing that is quite good, such as freshly fried, crispy texture, not heavy volume, compatibility with juice, etc.
Soba is easy to eat.
There are a lot of connections, and it feels a little chewy.
Most of the juice was brought to kakiage.
The salmon rice balls were fluffy and delicious.

If you go at the right time, you may get freshly fried tempura. Bamboo steamer is the most recommended.

神田駅前にある24時間の蕎麦屋さん。
訪れたのは深夜3時頃だったと思います。
こちらの天玉そばは看板メニューで蕎麦の上にかき揚げと温泉玉子を乗せた素敵な逸品です。
とても美味しく頂きました。

I think I visited around 3 o'clock in the middle of the night.
This Tentama soba is a wonderful gem with kakiage and hot spring eggs on top of soba on the signboard menu.
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put, one of the best soba experiences I've had in Japan. This place has a down to earth quality to it that will probably not impress someone looking for something eye-catching. However, if you're looking for a true soba meal this is it. It was so good in fact that I ended up eating here daily during a one-week stay in Kanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten-tama soba (soba noodle with mixed vegetables tempura and soft boiled egg) is the speciality here. If hot food easily burns your tongue, you could go with "Hiyashi (cold)" as well. I love it too, especially when in hot summer days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good taste with the cheapest pricing. I am not sure there are English menu available or not, but you may enjoy traditional Japanese Soba casually.
Just you order something and pay for them by cash. No credit card or e-money available. Neither ticket vending machine there. Just try to pay for them when all orders have come in the front of your seat.
