きちんと事前に電話すれば何とかしてくれる。
お肉も神戸牛から佐賀牛に変更し、更にうまい。
隣の焼鳥屋さんと同じ大山鳥を仕入れてるので鳥もうまい。
一人前のグラム数も100と、コスパ良し。
マスターがクセが強いので、相性合えばもってこいの店。
今日も1,5升飲みました。大満足。

神田駅東口より徒歩1分の立地も抜群、知る人ぞ知る隠れた名店という様相です。
【上ネギごまロース】【カルビ】【ボンジリ】【白菜キムチ】【ナムル】を頂きました。
先ずキムチ・ナムルの量に面食らい、キムチの絶妙な浅漬け具合が最高でした。ナムル共々、お肉の合間の清涼剤として完璧な仕事です。
次点で上ネギごまロースを大将直々に焼き方をレクチャー頂いた上で（両面10秒ほどサッと焼く方法）頂いたのですが、人生で三指に入る程の美味しさでした。あの衝撃は忘れられません。ほっぺたが落ちるといえば月並ですが、本当に美味しかったです。
カルビとボンジリの鮮度も抜群、特にボンジリはぷりっっっっぷりな弾力がたまりません。
気の合う仲間と本当に美味しいお肉で最高の時間を、そんな素敵なお店です。

The location is a 1-minute walk from the east exit of Kanda Station, and it looks like a hidden store known to those in the know.
I received [Sesame loin], [Kalbi], [Bonjiri], [Chinese cabbage kimchi], and [Namul].
First of all, I was overwhelmed by the amount of kimchi and namul, and the exquisite lightly pickled kimchi was the best. Together with Namul, it's a perfect job as a refreshing agent between meats.
At the runner-up, I had the general give a lecture on how to bake the sesame loin on both sides (a quick way to bake for about 10 seconds on both sides), but it was delicious enough to be one of the three fingers in my life. I will never forget that shock. Speaking of falling cheeks, it's normal, but it was really delicious.
The freshness of the ribs and bonjiri is also outstanding, especially the bonjiri is full of elasticity.
It's such a wonderful restaurant that you can have the best time with your friends and really delicious meat.
