★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の実験器具専門メーカーでは製品として存在するもの（特殊なゴム栓）について取り扱いがないのか店頭で質問したら、「そんなものは自分で加工して使うのが当たり前」とバカにしたような返答を頂きました。自分は商品の分野についてとても詳しいわけではないし、小売が専門のお店でないのも承知していますが、小売もするお店としてお店を開けていてこうした対応を受けるのは正直がっかりしました。製品の質は良いのでしょうが、素人には利便性以外の違いは分かりませんし、小売の価格も全体的に他社より高め、加工も自分でできそうではないので、他社製のものを買おうと思います。

お使いで訪れたんですが、試験管類は勿論アルコールランプとかフラスコとか学生以来手に取る事がない品々に感動すら覚えました。
店員さんの対応は淡々としてますが、必要な情報を素早く提供して下さってとても助かりました！
