★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、超不良の奴が、海津市役所に採用されていた。頭も悪く、採用される理由が全くないのに採用されていた。何を基準に採用してるのか、またいまだに、コネ採用がまかり通っているのか、あまりに不透明だ。タクシー運転手殴った久治もそのひとりか？別の話だけど夏のくそ暑い日に用事で窓口にいったら手前の男女の職員がエアコンのきいたすずしい庁内で人の目も気にせず、ずっとおしゃべりをしていた。涼しいところで、延々世間話をしてお金がいたたけるのは役所だけです。福祉センターの受付で堂々とスマホでテレビを見ている職員もいた。人が見ているのに平気でおしゃべりしたりテレビをみたりする感覚が怖いです。人か見てないところではなにをしてるかわかりません。民間は1分間に何個できるか必死になってるのに、役所はお気楽です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域住民でしょうが、利用者の交通マナーが非常に悪すぎる。
道路の真ん中で写真撮ってたり、進行方向を指差して自転車(片手運転)の斜め横断を笑顔でやったりと、到底信じられない人達ばかり。
誘導員か警備員配置しないと、そのうち人身事故が発生してもおかしくない。
他の施設・店舗でも感じた事ですが、海津市は周辺都市に比べて民度が低く思えます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付がなく不親切な役所です。今日は3回目のコロナワクチンの事で総務課に行ってきました。スマートフォンで申込むとか繋がらない電話で申込むとか老人に不親切な対応の改善を申込む。
It is an unfriendly office with no reception. Today I went to the General Affairs Division for the third corona vaccine. Apply with a smartphone, apply with a phone that does not connect, or apply for improvement of unfriendly response to the elderly.
