内見も数件しましたが、今までの方は、すぐ売れるから・・・とスレートを掛けてくる方が多かったですが、ココの担当してくれた牧野さんは親切な方で、十分検討して決めてくださいと、おっしゃってくださり、こちらの事を考えて頂けてるなーと感じました、この方なら私の終の棲家をお願いしたいと思わせてくれる方でしたので、すぐ家族を集めて再度内見させて頂きました。この時も、息子に色々不安など聞きだして、安心させてくれたり、その日に家族の賛成もとれ、すぐに申し込みをさせて頂く事が出来ました。
また、私が心配性なので、大変多くの質問や確認事項をさせて頂きましたが、こちらの要望をすべてかなえてもらえ大変満足しております。
大変人気で忙しい方かと思われるので、若干メールのレスポンスが遅いところもありますが、十分他の所で満足してますので、★5つです。
会社は、歴史のある所の様で、名前も古い感じがしますが、担当の方は若くて、お客様目線で進めて頂ける方で、家を引渡後、近所のあいさつ回りをしたときに、色々下準備で近所の方とも話をされていたのが解り、改めてこの方にしてよかったと思いました。
この地域で、物件探してる方がいればぜひおすすめしたい方です。

At this time as well, I was able to hear various anxieties from my son and reassure him, and with the approval of my family on that day, I was able to apply immediately.
Also, since I am worried, I asked a lot of questions and confirmation items, but I am very satisfied that all of these requests have been fulfilled.
It seems to be a very popular and busy person, so there are places where the response of the email is a little slow, but I am satisfied with other places enough, so there are 5 ★.
The company seems to have a long history, and the name seems to be old, but the person in charge is young and can proceed from the customer's perspective, and when I handed over the house and greeted the neighborhood, I found out that I was talking with the neighbors in various preparations, and I was glad I made this person again.
If you are looking for a property in this area, I would definitely recommend it.
