有名なお菓子は卍最中。
中の餡は白餡にあずきの粒を散らしています。
上品な甘さで緑茶に合います。
ケーキも美味しいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガイドブックに必ず載っている「卍(まんじ)最中」、「干しの梅」などが買えます。
季節ごとの見た目も美しい「生菓子」、月餅、若草山(どら焼きに砂糖、抹茶をまぶした感じのもの)などの各種和菓子。どれもとても美味しいです。
また、洋菓子もあります。
バタークリームがとてもおいしくლ(´ڡ`ლ)このためどれも美味しいです。パイナップルが入ったアナナスなんて超絶品。
私は季節ごとに買いに行きます。
You can buy "Manji Monaka" and "Dried plums" that are always listed in the guidebook.
Various Japanese sweets such as "namagashi" that looks beautiful in each season, moon cake, and Mt. Wakakusa (like dorayaki sprinkled with sugar and matcha). All are very delicious.
There are also Western confectionery.
Butter cream is very delicious ლ ( 'ڡ` ლ) which for this purpose is also delicious. Ananas with pineapple is superb.
I go shopping every season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本中あちこちにロシアケーキはあるけど硬さがちょうど良い(やや硬い)のがこちら。アップルパイは油紙みたいに薄い！他店にないと思う。卍最中と有明は上品な銘菓です。
There are Russian cakes all over Japan, but here is the one with just the right hardness (slightly hard). Apple pie is as thin as oil paper! I don't think it's in another store. Swastika Monaka and Ariake are elegant confectioneries.

弘前桜まつり期間限定で職人さん手作りの和菓子です。大正７年に弘前に桜まつりが開催されて以来ずっと変わらない製法で作られているそうです。
原材料が小豆、砂糖、小麦粉、塩とシンプル。粘り気があり、おもちのような食感はかなりボリュームがあります。もっちりと甘すぎず優しい味は、お茶とよく合う一品です。
期間限定で販売個数も限られているので、購入したい場合は、前日までの予約をお勧めします。当日の予約は受け付けていないようです。

Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival A Japanese sweet handmade by a craftsman for a limited time. It is said that it is made by the same manufacturing method since the Sakura Festival was held in Hirosaki in 1918.
The raw materials are azuki beans, sugar, flour, salt and simple. It is sticky and has a mochi-like texture that is quite voluminous. The gentle taste that is not too sweet is a dish that goes well with tea.
For a limited time, the number of items sold is limited, so if you want to purchase it, we recommend that you make a reservation the day before. It seems that we do not accept reservations on the day.
