体幹を鍛えるための、岩手県ではここにしかない特別なトレーニングマシンを使います。
野球やスポーツをしている人もここに通ってます。
股関節や、肩甲骨周りの筋肉、普段動かせない筋肉も効率よく鍛えることができ
可動域が広がります。
姿勢を整えたうえで運動、ウオーキングなどをすると、パフォーマンスが高まります。
盛岡のモスビルの斜め向かい、焼き肉や やまなか屋が入っているビルの３Fにある
知る人ぞ知る・・・ジムです。
無料体験が3回できます。
シャワーなどの設備は整っていませんが、結果重視の方にほんとにほんとにお勧めのジムです。
私は1回のトレーニングが1時間くらい、週に２，３回通ってます。
2020年追記
他にもいくつか初動負荷のジムができてきました。職場が街中にある方は通いやすいと思います。マシンだけなら20分で一周できます。主さんは野球とスキーに詳しいです⛷
時間帯で会費のコースが分かれています。パーソナルトレーニングもオプションでつけられたり、通う人に寄り添うタイプのジムです。
高齢の方でリハビリにといらっしゃっている方も。?

There are several other gyms with initial loads. I think it's easier for people who have a workplace in the city to go. With just the machine, you can go around in 20 minutes. The master is familiar with baseball and skiing ⛷
