★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1970年代より1980年初頭 この公園でよく遊びました。子供にとっては崖、階段、低木など地形がバラエティに富んでおり高低差等も含めて位置が非常に秀逸でした。西部は寿楽荘よりなだらかな林の斜面となっており泉町方面に面し東部はテニスコート・沢を挟んで日和ヶ丘方面に面しております。なお石巻公民館の後部を通り当時の石巻幼稚園方面に抜ける道付近には山城教会があり、当時はますこや、銭湯もありました。
 From the 1970s to the early 1980s, I often played in this park. For children, the terrain such as cliffs, stairs, and shrubs was rich in variety, and the position was very excellent, including the height difference. The western part is a gentle forest slope from Jurakuso, facing the Izumimachi area, and the eastern part facing the Hiwagaoka area across the tennis court and swamp. There was a Yamashiro church near the road that passed through the back of the Ishinomaki public hall and headed toward Ishinomaki kindergarten at that time, and at that time there were also Masuko and public baths.
