初めて伺いましたが
国家資格をお持ちの方が施術してくれるので安心して任せられます。
痛いと思ってなかった所も
押されて痛かった所があって
骨盤がズレてると痛くなる所だと言うことで、家で出来る簡単なストレッチを
教えて貰いました。
もちろん、痛かった首と肩も
楽になりました。
定期的に体のメンテナンスに行きたいと思いました。
