Station is connected to a couple of train lines that affords easy movement of both residents as well as visitors, not to mention access to Messe Makuhari, a popular venue for exhibitions and concerts.

It nears big hall dome, mall, hotel, restaurants, companies' building, gym, etc. And also this place is connecting into AEON makuhari shintosin by bus. Can be accessed by several lines from soga, Tokyo, kimitsu, dll. And it's easy to reach from Tokyo station by Keio Line which also the same line that reach Disney Land and Disney Sea.
S	Samimuzzaman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearest station of Mitsui outlet Makuhari. There is a bus stoppage as well to go AEON Grand Mall in Makuhari. I must say that he commuters need to be careful to catch the perfect bus, because it is really confusing if you are not good at Japanese. There are many chained restaurants nearby the station. Big boys is one of my favorites which is pretty rare one in Chiba prefecture.
