★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の就労移行支援や福祉施設を何件か見学したがここが一番良さそうだった。事務系から作業系、専門性の高いIT系までプログラムが豊富らしい。ここを勧める医師も多いみたいで、私が通院している病院の医師も高く評価していた。
 I visited some other work transition support and welfare facilities, but this seemed to be the best. It seems that there are abundant programs from office work, work, and highly specialized IT. Many doctors seemed to recommend this, and the doctor at the hospital where I am visiting was highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、こちらの就労移行支援事業所に通所している者です。スタッフが訓練生毎の特性を考慮した上で、自分に合った職業訓練や会社を紹介したり、カウンセリングで悩み事や対処法などもアドバイスしてくれるので、良心的です。通所距離としてはそんな遠くはないですが、西湘地区や県央エリアからだと、通勤上、負担はかかるのかなと思います。

The staff considers the characteristics of each trainee, recommends vocational training and a company that suits them, and advises on counseling problems and coping strategies, so it is conscientious. Although it is not that far as a tsusho distance, I think whether it will be burdensome for commuting from the Saisho district or the central prefecture area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カリキュラムはそこそこ良いが、事務スタッフ（カウンセリング担当者）が最悪。
利用者の希望を無視して否定ばかり考えるスタッフが多く、発達障害の特性が強い人は恐らく通所するのが辛くなる。実際過去にそういう人が何人もいる。発達障害のことを本当に知っているのか甚だ疑問である。
ここ以外の拠点ならマシかもしれないが、少なくともここは、説明会で言われる「障害は個性」という会社の理念を理解しているスタッフがほぼいない。
本当に優しくて利用者に寄り添ってくれるスタッフは、ことごとく居なくなる拠点という印象。人間性に問題のあるスタッフしか残らない。
訓練生の個性を潰すことなんて朝飯前で、とにかく早く訓練生を追い出して就職実績を出そうとする人しかいない。健常者と同じ振る舞いや思考を求めて大声で叱る人もいる。精神疾患がある人は特にキツいだろう。
勤務年数が長いスタッフもほぼ全員そうだったので恐らく今後も希望なし。
体験時の一時的な優しい対応に騙される人が増えるのは心苦しい。入所当初は良い印象でもそのうち化けの皮が剥がれるはず。
ただ講師（上司役スタッフ）に良い人もいるので辛うじて☆1のレベル。
The curriculum is reasonably good, but the clerical staff (counseling staff) is the worst.
Many staff members ignore the wishes of users and only deny them, and people with strong characteristics of developmental disabilities will probably find it difficult to go to the office. In fact, there are many such people in the past. I wonder if I really know about developmental disabilities.
It may be better if it is a base other than here, but at least here, there are almost no staff who understand the company's philosophy that "disability is individuality" that is said at the briefing session.
The impression is that all the staff who are really kind and close to the users will disappear. Only staff with problems with humanity remain.
It's just before breakfast to destroy the trainee's individuality, and there are only people who try to get rid of the trainee as soon as possible and get a job record. Some people scold loudly for the same behavior and thoughts as healthy people. People with mental illness will be particularly tough.
Almost all the staff who have been working for a long time were like that, so there is probably no hope in the future.
It is painful for more people to be fooled by the temporary and gentle response during the experience. Even if you have a good impression when you first enter, the ghost skin should come off sooner or later.
However, there are some good teachers (boss staff), so it's barely ☆ 1 level.
