この前長男の誕生日祝いを兼ねて利用しました。
店員さんの対応やサービスも素晴らしかったです。
混んでいても提供されるスピードも早い‼️
特に特上の牛タンには感動しました。牛タンを普通にスライスすればロスがでないのに
一番いい部位のみの霜降り部位のみ厚切りカットででてきました。なのにあの値段はお値打ちものです。
特上生ハラミも最高です。
ハラミ刺、センマイ刺もクオリティが高い‼️
個人的に焼き肉屋でハラミ、牛タンが美味しい所は料理人のレベルが高いです。
あと、テールスープにも感動しました‼️‼️Σ(ﾟ◇ﾟ；)子供達が美味し過ぎてお代わりして
結局3人前ペロリ
〆のデザートのソフトクリーム?も濃厚で美味しいと子供達や奥さんも感動してました。
高いと感じられる人もいるかもしれませんが、お肉の値段を知ってる人にしたらかなり贅沢なカットして素晴らしい仕事してますね。
それは、余分な脂身部分を掃除してるから仕入れたお肉の重量より一気に提供部分のトータル量が減ります。
そこに儲ける部分の値段がのってくるけど。ここはそこをいい値段設定されてます。
大人4人子供4人で4万円ちょいでした。
欲言えばキャベツと味噌ディップは良かったがサラダにもう少し工夫があれば嬉しいかな？
特別な日、デート??いいと思います。でも予約しないと無理ですよ～(*｀･ω･)ゞ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンドリンク制です。入店時に言ってくれれば助かります。ファミリーより、大人のお店という感じです。お肉は高いですが、上質で美味しかったです。デート等には良いと思います。上タン、心臓等素晴らしかったです。人生で一番のお肉でした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔はすごく美味しくてボリュームもあったのに、新しくなって初めて行ったけど、お肉の質も量も明らかに落ちてる、、、。豚トロは焼くとほぼカスみたいで食べれるレベルではない。近くの某チェーン焼肉店の豚トロの方がマシです。ハイボールやモスコミュールもアルコール入ってる？ってくらい薄い。炭酸とかジンジャーエールそのまま飲んでるみたいでした。二度と行かない。

ですが、電話で個室を予約をしようとすると土日は個室の予約が出来ないと言われました。なので土曜日に早く行き個室に入れるか訊くと予約でいっぱいと言われました。電話と同じ方だと思いましたが言うことが毎回違うため、結局予約出来るのか出来ないのかよく分かりませんでした。
子連れなので個室のある美味しいお肉が食べられるこのお店を利用したいと思っていました。残念です。
