中をみて働けば良いのか悪いのかは判断が見えてきます。
介護は何処でも人手足はあります。
でも、職員の退職出入りが激しい施設は良くないと思います。
まだ新設ですよね？
わるい点があるんだと思います。
改善していかなくてはならないと思います
