由緒
15代応神天皇を御祭神と祀り治暦元年8月陸奥守将軍源頼義奥州の乱の際、創建したと伝わっている。文政9年本殿造営施工す。明治5年4月村社に列せられる。大正7年本殿修復。資金は氏子寄進により当てられる。宮城県沖地震の為修復協議の結果境内地を共有地（契約会）対神社用地の交換分合を申請し承認を受け平成2年5月より神殿改築工事に入り、現在地に移築遷座す。（平成2年11月23日竣工す）。永き間社務所として使用していた公会堂を解体し境内地に新たに社務所に神楽用舞台が取り付けられた建物となっている。（平成11年12月竣工す）。これより総代を初め、地域氏子、崇敬者、心新たに氏神を崇め奉り、郷土歴史の継続繁栄と地域の安泰を祈願す。

History
It is reported that Emperor Ojin 15th was enshrined with the priesthood and was founded in August of the 1st year of the Birth, during the rebellion of General Mutsumori Gen Yoriyoshi Oshu. Built the main shrine in 9th year of Bunsei. In April Meiji 5 he was listed as a village company. Restored the main shrine in Taisho 7 years. Funds will be allocated through donations. As a result of the Miyagi-ken Oki Earthquake, the application for replacement of the common ground (contract) vs. shrine land was applied for the precincts of the precinct, and the temple was renovated in May 1990 and moved to the current location. (Completed on November 23, 1990). The public hall that was used as the office for a long time has been dismantled and a new stage for Kagura is attached to the company office on the precincts. (Completed in December 1999). From now on, the president, the local prince, the admirer, and the new adoration of the god, will pray for the continued prosperity of the local history and the safety of the region.
