★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニングにポリエステル100%のパンツを出しましたが、伸びて戻ってきました。対応も作業工程には問題無いの一点張りでした。実際に伸びて戻ってきた事実があり、HP上に、クリーニング事故賠償基準を掲げているにもかかわらず、それに基づいて対応頂けませんでした。普段口コミ等は書かないですが、今後利用される方も注意した方が良いと思い書かせて頂きました。
お店で丁寧に対応して頂きましたが、その後の電話口での担当者の対応が、全く聞き耳を持つことなく残念でした。
I put out 100% polyester pants for cleaning, but it grew back. The response was a single point with no problem in the work process. Although there was a fact that it actually grew and returned, even though we set the cleaning accident compensation standard on HP, we could not respond based on it. I don't usually write word-of-mouth, but I thought that it would be better for people who use it in the future to be careful.
The shop responded politely, but it was disappointing that the person in charge at the telephone contact afterwards did not have any hearing at all.
