いつも御飯時は混んでいます。テイクアウトも可能。いつまでも利用したい素敵なお店です。

I had Taiwanese ramen. The price and taste were good, but the spiciness was weaker than I had imagined, and compared to the menu photos ...? I am grateful that the store is open without a lunch break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理の提供がとても早く、忙しい時間帯でも店員さんを呼ばずともオーダーをとるのを気にかけてくれたり、グラスが空だと声をかけてくれるのでとても助かります。また、小さい子供にも優しいので安心して利用できます。晩酌セットはメニューが豊富で一品料理くらいのボリュームがあり、どれも美味しく、ソフトドリンクともセットにできるので、セットだけでもお腹はかなり満たされます。壁に掲示されている豊富な一品料理もどれも美味しそうなので、少しずつチャレンジしたいと思ってます。お持ち帰りもできますし、夕飯時にウーバーで頼んでも30分程で到着するのでとても助かっています。

You can take it home, and even if you ask at Uber for dinner, it will arrive in about 30 minutes, which is very helpful.

五目タン麺は、「タンメン」ですが醤油ベースのスープです。具材には若干とろみがかかっています。五目そばといってもいいと思いますが、きっと作り方がタンメンなのでしょう。炒めた具材に、醤油味で調整した鶏がらスープを加えているのだと思います。具材は、エビ、きくらげ、いか、豚肉、小松菜、ニンジン、たけのこ、白菜などです。
野菜タンメンには半チャーハンをつけてみました。キクラゲ、小松菜、もやし、にんじん、キャベツなどの具材に、盛りの良い細麺です。スープもコクがあります。

I added half fried rice to the vegetable tanmen. Fine noodles that are good for ingredients such as wood ear, Japanese mustard spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, and cabbage. The soup is also rich.
