The taste of meat he use really good and he use Wagyu but I don't which one. I often talk with the master and that yakiniku shop it already over 50 years. The tare/yakiniku sauce is original by His recipe.! The place it's not really clean but, the taste of food it's very delicious. Before he worked with his mother, but now he work alone, and sometimes with part time employer. I come here once a month, and we often talking about Japan life.! The master is very kindly.
