★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木材処分出来る所を探していて、HPに「個人様・業者様歓迎いたします！まずはご相談ください」とあったので問合せしてみた所、「1回だけの持込はできない」「契約が必要です」「年間の台数が必要」「現場が立て込んでいるのでいつ持込できるか分からない」など言われました。本当に持込できないならHPに「個人様・業者様歓迎、まずはご相談下さい」など書くべきではないと思います。もし最初から条件があるならば、法人格でないと持ち込めない、年間10台以下は契約できないなどきちんとHPに記載してくれていれば、最初から相談のお問合せをしていません。不親切だと思います。電話の女性も回りくどい言い方で不親切だと思います。HPには「地球の未来への思いやり」と優しいイメージ画像とキャッチフレーズが大きく掲載されていますが、電話では思いやりなどまったくありませんでした。残念な対応だと感じました。

I think it ’s unkind. I think that the woman on the phone is also unfriendly in a roundabout way. The website contains a lot of “caring for the future of the earth” and gentle imagery and catchphrases, but there was no compassion on the phone. I felt it was a disappointing response.
