ホームページが親切で見やすく作られており、作業内容と料金が明記されています。写真付きの事例が豊富にあって、それぞれのケース毎に料金が推測できるため、見積りをお願いしました。提示された見積りは良心的でしたが、さらに予想以上の買取額が値引きに充当されていました。不要品ではなくリサイクルに回すことで、低価格化を実現しているとのことでした。
作業当日の遺品整理と回収も丁寧で迅速な対応でした。指揮を取る予定の方が、急病で来られないというトラブルがあったのですが、代理の方の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。さらに全員のチームワークも良く、テキパキと作業をされていました。結果、２〜３日は必要な試算の作業を、２日目の午前中に終了したのには驚きました。そして最後まで礼儀正しく応対されて、立会者も感心しておりました。当方からの要望にも真摯に対応下さって大変感謝しております。支払いについても銀行振込に対応しているので安心でした。
お陰様で全て無事に終了し、親戚一同大変喜んでおります。社長を始めお世話になった皆様方、どうもありがとうございました。

清掃当日も、スタッフの皆さん全てがキビキビした作業で、長年の暮しで蓄積した家財を手際よく搬出されていたのにプロフェッショナルな技を感じました。
また、女性スタッフの方は大変きめ細やかな対応で、私には発見出来なかったような思い出の品をちゃんと探し出し「こちらは大切な品では御座いませんか？」等、ご提案をしてくれました。
搬出後の清掃も凄く綺麗に仕上げて頂き、最後に立会われた不動産屋の方もびっくりされていました。
