期待していたねぎ焼きとは違うが生地はフワッとしておりおいしかった。
ねぎ焼きを再度勉強してもらいたいがあの生地ならお好み焼きは期待してもいいも。
出汁がもっと効いてるのが理想です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴を脱いで上がる居酒屋さん。オススメの刺し身盛り合わせ1480円は赤身、サーモン、タコ、イカ、ハマチ、あじが2〜3切づつ。串ものは材料を焼いただけで値段の割に高い気がしたし、熱々ではない。ドリンクも頼んだ人によるかもだけど温かい緑茶を頼んだら冷たい緑茶がきたし、チューハイも来るのに時間かかりすぎた。
また来るかは微妙。

味について、お好み焼き/もんじゃ焼きの味についてはリピートしたくなる美味しさです。
実際のところ、この3年ほど年に1回以上は必ず訪問しています。
作るのに自信がない方でも、目の前の鉄板で店員さんが作ってくれますので安心です。
たまに見ていて、そこはそうなるはずじゃなかったのでは、と思うこともありますが、そんなもんでしょう。
特に「カチャカチャ。もんじゃ」は必ず食べていただきたい一品。
そのほか、個人的には「名古屋めし」シリーズもはずせません。
「玉せん」「鉄板ひつまぶし」もお腹に余裕があれば、是非ご賞味いただきたいところです。
本当は「鉄板ひつまぶし」は大した量が出てくるわけでもないので一人で食べたいんですけど、毎回取り皿が人数分出てきてしまうので
一緒に行ったメンバーで分けざるを得なくない空気になるところがちょっとたまにキズ。
さて、少し気になるところです。
近年、このお店では人手不足が深刻です。
日本語のメニュー名を聞き取り慣れない外人の店員さん、そして間違ったメニューが提供されることも(先日訪問したときは2品、オーダーしたものとは違うものを提供されました)
厨房はオーダーを捌くので精一杯なのか、ソフトドリンクのオーダーすら催促しないと出てこないまであります。
注文するときは、メニュー名を指差しながら、ゆっくりとしゃべってあげることが重要です。

お好み焼きは焼いてから持ってきてくれるスタイルです。
一度しっかり蒸してるのかな？
ふわっふわで美味しいです。
こりゃいい店見つけたな、と思いきや。
ふくよかな女性スタッフが対応してくれたのですが、
あまりにも愛想がない！
お好み焼きをもってきたときも、無言です。
笑顔はなし。
声もちいさい。
接客、嫌いなのかな。
もんじゃ焼きも卓にきてスタッフさんが作ってくれます。
その女性スタッフが作ってくれたのですが、
話しかけても気だるそうに返事してくれるだけで、盛り上がりません。
せっかく目の前で作ってくれてるのに！
やっぱ接客嫌いなんだろうな。
お好み焼きがふわふわで美味しいので、
舌は満たされましたが、
心は満たされませんでした。
お好み焼きが食べきれなかったので、
持ち帰らせていただくことに。
