知人の紹介で利用しました。気が付いたらまさかの車検切れで、公道を走れない状況だったので以前点検を受けたディーラーに相談も、何とか自力で店舗まで持って来て下さいとのつれない対応。株木さんに連絡したら翌日には職場まで車載車で引き取りに来てくれました。時期的なものもあったのかもしれませんが、代車も無料で貸して貰えました。たまたま乗っていたのと同じラパンで運転にも苦労することがなくて助かりました。永らく不調だったエアコンの不調もサクッと直して貰えたので、大変助かりました。エアコン部品を取り寄せるのに数日要したので全部で５日程掛かりましたが代車も貸して貰えたので不自由せずにすみました。仕事の合間に車検を代行して貰えたので本当に助かりました。費用もディーラーで受ける費用の50～70％位ではないかと思います。また利用したいです。

It was a great help because I was able to quickly fix the malfunction of the air conditioner, which had been malfunctioning for a long time. It took a few days to get the air conditioner parts, so it took about 5 days in total, but I was able to lend a substitute car so I didn't have any inconvenience. It was really helpful because I was able to take over the vehicle inspection during my work. I think that the cost is about 50 to 70% of the cost received at the dealer. I still want to use it.
