な	なま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日の回収物変更にも快く対応していただきありがとうございました。事前に写真等で見積もりを出してもらっていましたが9000円ほど増額してしまい痛い出費でした。こちらの伝え方が良くなかったみたいでご迷惑をおかけしました。作業に入る前に写真では大きさが伝わらなかったので増額すると思うと言われましたが不用品回収をお願いしたことが無かったので無知だった私の伝え方が良くなかったんだろう、と思い多少の増額は仕方ないと回収をお願いしました。すでに運び出している時に〜円程(見積もりより9000円ほど増額)になります。と伝えられたのでそこまで高くなるのであれば、回収のキャンセルや他の業者での回収の検討もしたかったですし作業に入る前に言って欲しかったです。見積もり時、LINEでのやり取りでしたので概算なのは理解していますが階段手降ろし作業費用（カウンター1点5階）2,000円と伺っていました。おまけにサイトには見積もり時より増額なしと断言されていたのでビックリしました。作業もおわり会計の際、目の前でのクチコミ投稿をお願いされ、あとで投稿しておきますと伝えたところ、今お願いします。と。冗談混じりなのは分かっていますが、いいクチコミ書いてもらったら尚いいですね！などと仰っていました。目の前で打つのを見られていたら星の数も5を付けるしかないような圧を感じましたので、後から編集をさせて頂きました。依頼の際、クチコミをみて決めましたが、あまり信用できないのかな。と思います。その場で言えなかった私も悪いですがもう頼むことはないと思います。長々と失礼しました。
