★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嫌な思いをしている在校生がいるようなので、何点かアドバイス。私の通っていた頃も、多少荒れていたので、生徒同士の喧嘩やイジメがありました。周辺の学校よりはマシなレベルでしたが、金髪の不良番長に他校から生徒が白昼堂々と〇〇だせと殴り込み。先生達が追い返す。また、内部でも気にいらない生徒を体育館裏に呼びだす、呼び出された。気弱な先生も、生徒にからかわれる。まあ、今思い返すと3年間で色々ありました。
それでも、何とか学校生活は成り立って卒業出来ました。大人になり、振り返ると解決法がいくつかあったなと思うので、取り敢えず漠然とアドバイス。嫌な事があったら我慢しない。問題の一段上に訴求したら大抵解決します。先生もしがらみがあるので、先生の上、教頭か校長に相談。その時、コツはこのままだと、教育委員会にも相談する事になると漏らしてみてはどうでしょうか。現場の先生は、最後は教育委員会に行く事（出世のキャリアパスの一つ）もあるのです。熱意があり優秀な方を知っています。また、自分の担任以外の仲良しな別の先生も仲間になってくれるでしょう。
後は、友人や親ですがあまり即効性がない状況、頼れない状況が予想されますので、誰か大人を介入されてください。塾や習い事の大人は頼れませんか？信頼できる人に話しをしてみてください。まずは、仲間を増やすことです。
学校が安全でないと、学業どころではないので大変だと思います。最後まで我慢せず、解決が図れない時は、通学をやめてみるという選択もありますので思い詰めず、色々な選択肢を信頼できる誰かと一緒に考えてみてください。

私が小学生の時は髪を染めている人やちょっと怖めな人が多い印象を受けていました。そういう代の先輩方からは上靴隠されただのパシられただのたくさん悪い噂ばかり言われてきました。私も中学校に行くのが怖かったです。
ですが！！
今はこのような生徒は居らず、環境的には周囲の学校と比べて素晴らしいと思います。
2つの小学校が組み合わさるということで、多少環境は変わるでしょう。今の子達は純粋で一生懸命な子達が多いです。(私たちの代はそうでした！！)後輩も先輩もいい人たちばかりでした！大きないじめなどはなく、(小さな喧嘩は度々あります笑)平和で過ごしやすいと思います。

The combination of the two elementary schools will change the environment a little. Many of today's children are pure and hard-working. (It was our generation !!) All the juniors and seniors were good people! There is no big bullying (there are often small fights lol) and I think it's peaceful and easy to spend.
