★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取扱商品（主にメーカー品）の品質は問題無くて当たり前、接客も親切丁寧だが、設置・施工は地元の請負い業者で当たり外れがあるようだ。
先日購入・設置した商品は水漏れが発生し、設置業者とは別の業者に点検・修理してもらい初歩的なミスと判明し対応。（販売店補償）
セカンドオピニオンはこの様な場面でも有効です。
今回の件で真摯に対応にしていただいた方々に感謝し評価は変わらず。
設置トラブルでお困りの方は、ご参考に。

あまりに酷くてびっくりしました。
スマホを契約したくて事前に電話しました。
キャンペーンや在庫について聞くと
「詳しいことは電話でお伝えできないので、直接店舗に来て貰えますか？」とのことで、すぐに行きました。
すると、担当者に「うちはもう在庫ないので他あたってください」とだけ言われました。
所要時間は30秒くらいでしょうか。
あまりの速さにびっくりしました。
せめて電話の時にないならないだけ言ってくれても良いのにと思いました。
無駄足でした。
電話の言い方だとあるのかなと思って、やっとスマホが買えると思って、ワクワクしていたのに、悲しさというか呆れというか、こんなに呆気ないんだなと思いました。
酷い扱われ様でした。

I was surprised at how fast it was.
I thought it would be okay to tell me at least when I was on the phone.
It was a waste of time.
I was wondering if there was a way to say the phone, and I was excited to finally buy a smartphone, but I was sad or amazed, and I thought I wasn't so amazed.
It was treated badly.
