★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私、糖尿、血圧、骨粗鬆症で、何時のにか、腰と背中、2かしよ、折れていて、歩けなかった、1年間治療して、良くなり主治医の、すすめで、板宿のＫスタジオで、個人レッスン始めたら、血圧、糖尿、良くなり、薬減らされ、骨粗鬆症は、薬を、やめても、骨粗鬆症専門のすすめで、筋肉をつけて、骨をやわらくするためにＫスタジオレッスン、ダンス出来なかったのに、今では、先生に、ついて、行けるように、なりました。Ｋ先生の、教え方、とても楽しく、わかりやすいです。これからも、Ｋスタジオ、しっかり覚えていきたいです。個人レッスン、だと、分かりやすく、早く、ついて、行けます。
