この物件に関しては不動産屋さんはほとんど関与せず、何かあっても大家さん個人と電話でやり取りしなければならなかったので、とても苦痛でした。
費用はかかりましたが引っ越してよかったと思っています。
セキュリティと立地は良かったです。
 The landlord was really bad at moving out.
The real estate agent was hardly involved in this property, and even if something happened, I had to communicate with the landlord by phone, which was very painful.
It cost me a lot, but I'm glad I moved.
Security and location were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セキュリティー面は問題なかったが、大家さんが直接経営してるため、かなり面倒くさくとても頑固で、大変でした。
There was no problem with security, but since the landlord manages it directly, it was quite troublesome, very stubborn, and difficult.
