お客に対する態度とは思えない 、女主人らしき人が最悪。平気で待たせる。「会員カードないでしょ」 のような上から目線。同じ対応されたと いっている人もいる。あんな様子でよく商売続いているものだ。
二度と行かない。

I don't think it's an attitude toward customers, the worst is a woman who seems to be a mistress. Keep it waiting. Looking from the top like "You don't have a membership card". Some say that it was treated the same. It seems that the business is continuing like that.
I will never go again.

ワイシャツを紛失されましたが、説明が「他のお客様が間違えてもっていった」というような言い方で、まったく誠実さを感じなかった。
3週間後に出てきたので取りに行ったところ、他の方のものをまた間違えて違う人に渡していたらしくカウンターで同じやり取りをしていた。
ここは当日仕上がりなので使っていましたが、大切な服を失くされてはこまるので、もう使いません。
This is no good.
I lost my shirt, but I didn't feel sincere at all because the explanation was like "another customer made a mistake."
It came out three weeks later, so when I went to pick it up, it seemed that I had mistakenly handed another person's thing to a different person, and I was having the same exchange at the counter.
I used it because it was finished on the day, but I will not use it anymore because I will lose my important clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 経験則として、週末の当日仕上げ締め切り 11:00時前頃に一週間分のワイシャツを抱えたビジネスマン又はその奥様が店外まで列を成すこと多し。自分は夕方出し、後日引き取りなので、至ってスムーズ。(^-^)/
As a rule of thumb, it is often the case that businessmen or their wives with a week's worth of shirts form a line to the outside of the store around 11:00 before the closing deadline on the day of the weekend. I put out in the evening, so I took it back later, so it was smooth. (^-^) /
