★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前十三に出かけた際に花を買って帰ろうと思い、調べたところこちらが口コミが良さそうだったのでお伺いしました。
店先で見ていてもとくに気にされる様子はなく、私から店員さんを追いかけて一輪挿し用の花が欲しいとお願いしました。
その後の接客は、愛想がいいと言えるものではありませんでした。私が一輪挿ししか買わない、儲けにならない客だからでしょうか？若くお金を持っていないように見えたからでしょうか？面倒くさく、馬鹿にされたように感じました。
しかし、花屋も客商売です。気に入ったところは私は何度も通います。安い買い物だからといって無愛想に接客するのは勿体無いと思います。また、花という商品の性質上、私もその日はお祝いの食卓の花が欲しかったのですが、せっかくのお祝いの気分が悲しくなりました。とても残念です。
When I went to Juso before, I thought I would buy flowers and go home, and when I looked it up, this one seemed to have good reviews, so I asked.
I didn't seem to be particularly worried when I saw it at the storefront, so I chased the clerk and asked for a flower for single flower insertion.
The customer service after that was not amiable. Is it because I'm a non-profitable customer who only buys one-wheeled inserts? Is it because he was young and didn't seem to have any money? It was annoying and felt like a fool.
However, the florist is also a customer business. I go to the places I like many times. I don't think it's a waste to serve customers unfriendly just because it's cheap shopping. Also, due to the nature of the flower product, I also wanted flowers on the festive table that day, but I felt sad about the celebration. It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープン直後に行きました。まだ準備ができておらずお店の中の花を見るのに30分かかると言われました。それならオープン時間は9:30にしたほうがいいのでは？
そして言い方も悪びれるどころかかなり不機嫌な感じ。連れもいましたが変な空気になりました。まあもう2度と行かない。
I went right after the opening. I was told that it wasn't ready yet and it would take 30 minutes to see the flowers in the store. If so, shouldn't the opening time be 9:30?
And instead of being afraid to say it, it feels pretty moody. I had a companion, but the air became strange. Well I will never go again.
