つくねはフワフワ、肝焼きはとろっと、ぼんじりはさくとろ、ヤゲン軟骨はこりこり、刺身も一工夫があり、何を食べても美味しい。
〆の鶏雑炊がたまりません。

昆布の旨みで鶏がさらにおいしくなり、呑みはじめにはとくに合います。
鴨ロースも注文しましょう。
焼き物が出てくるまでのこれで生ビール三杯はいけます。
冷酒はメニューに載っていないものもたくさんあります。
その日のお勧めを聞いてみるのもいいでしょう。
