★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店から見える距離に住んでいるのだが、 台風21号で雨どいが破損。
知人に相談した所、きららホームを紹介してもらい電話で確認した。
台風21号の被害が酷く来年以降しか無理との事で今、受け付けも辞めていると門前払いだった。
台風の被害から納得したが、先日きららホームを紹介してくれた知人は、予約しなくても連絡したらすぐに来てくれたとの事。
以前から知ってるお客様なのは分かるが、私が連絡してから1カ月も経っていないのに予約が出来ない状態から改善したのか？
地域密着との触れ込みだったから地域と名前を名乗り予約の連絡入れたのだが断られた。
働いている会社も住んでいる場所も同じ地域なのだが？
地域密着？
知人からの紹介は何？
余りにも他の人の評価が高すぎると思う。
二度と連絡する事は無いと思う。

I was convinced by the damage from the typhoon, but the acquaintance who introduced me to Kirara Home the other day said that he came as soon as I contacted him without making a reservation.
I know you're a customer I've known for a long time, but has it improved from being unable to make a reservation even though it's been less than a month since I contacted you?
Since it was a contact with the community, I contacted the reservation by giving the name of the area, but it was refused.
Is the company I work for and the place I live in the same area?
Community-based?
What is the introduction from an acquaintance?
I think other people's evaluation is too high.
I don't think I'll ever contact you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想定していた以上の出来上がりでした。職人の皆さん丁寧な作業でした。特に大工の棟梁は職人かたぎを感じました。社長には最初の相談から最後の引き渡しまで親身になって対応して頂きました。大事に使います。
It was more than I expected. It was a careful work for all the craftsmen. Especially the carpenter's master beam felt like a craftsman. From the first consultation to the final delivery, the president was kind enough to take care of me. Use it carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人から「複数の同業他社と比較した結果、ここが一番信頼できると感じた」と聞いて、うちもエクステリアとトイレ修理をきららホームさんにお願いすることにしました。こちらの困っているポイントや要望を聞いた上で、素人では気づかない材料ごとの長所短所も教えていただけたので、自分で納得した材料と方法を選ぶことができました。むやみに高価な部品や修理方法を薦められることがなく安心でした。施工終了数日後に修理箇所に問題が起こっていないかを聞いてくださり、それからはじめて代金請求となりました。とっても親切＆安心です。また家に困ったことがあった時には、きららホームさんにお願いしようと思っています。
I heard from an acquaintance that "I felt this was the most reliable as a result of comparing it with several competitors," and decided to ask Kirara Home for exterior and toilet repairs. After listening to these points and requests, I was able to tell me the strengths and weaknesses of each material that amateurs did not notice, so I was able to select the material and method that I agreed on. There was no need to recommend expensive parts or repair methods. A few days after the completion of the construction, we asked if there were any problems with the repaired parts, and then we were charged for the first time. Very kind and safe. In addition, I would like to ask Kirara Home if I had any trouble at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家の洗面所は約30年近く経過していました。湿気等で洗面台と風呂場の間の壁が腐り気味、洗面台したの床も抜けそうでやばい状態でした。洗面室のリフォームを考えるにあたり、ご近所の口コミもあり、地元のキララホームさんに相談したところ井上社長さんに丁寧に応対していだだき、こちらの細かい要望も全て汲んで頂きました。洗面室全部のリフォームだった為、2日にわたりの工事でした。完成後は写真の様にまるで新築物件になった感覚で家族も大感激でした。本当にありがとうございました。
The washroom at my house has been around for about 30 years. The wall between the wash basin and the bathroom was rotted due to humidity, and the floor of the wash basin was about to come off. When thinking about remodeling the washroom, there was a word of mouth in the neighborhood, and when I consulted with the local Kirara Home, President Inoue responded politely, and I received all the detailed requests here. It was a two-day construction because it was a renovation of the entire washroom. After the completion, the family was very impressed as if it was a new property as shown in the photo. I'm really thankful to you.
