★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても落ち着いた良い施設でした。1階ポールはホテルのようないでたちで落ち着いた感じでした。
It was a very calm and good facility. The pole on the 1st floor was not like a hotel, and it felt calm.

今まで回ってきたデイサービスのなかで１番良いところですね?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの施設は見た目などは非常に良いでしょう。
ただ職員側としてはあまり良いとは思えないです。
元職員だった人に聞きましたが、上下関係が非常に厳しく、出勤時の服装すらひどく制限されます。(何故か男性の方だけ)
あと悩み事の相談にしても、あまり聞いてくれる雰囲気でもなかったそうです。
ちょっと失敗すれば鬼の形相で怒られ、とても怖かったと聞きました。
正直言って、あれはパワハラだったと話されていました。
介護って少なくとも職員同士でもフォローし合ってやっていくものなのに、一体何なのでしょう？
