ルーフのクリア層が剥がれてきた為、塗装を依頼しようとしたところ、代車が予定が詰まっていて約3週間ほど待つとのことだった。それでも直してもらいたいので代車のめどがついたら折り返しの電話をして貰えるように頼んだ。予定の期日になっても電話は来ず、こちらも忙しさも有り連絡はこちらからは入れなかった。一段落し連絡を入れたのが約2ヶ月後、担当者に内容を伝えたところ、忘れていたのを思い出しかたように「あー…。」と言われ、「まだ代車が埋まっていて予定が取れない」と言われた。3週と言われたものが2ヶ月も経っているのに、まだ代車が埋まっているって…、どう考えても約束忘れて後の仕事入れちゃったから車が確保出来ないんでしょって感じだった。良識ある会社なら忘れていた事に対する謝りと 、代車が早めに確保出来るかやってみますと言うのが筋じゃないかと思う。もし本当に忙しくて代車がずっと取れないなら3週経った時点で連絡を入れ、その旨を伝えてもう少し待ってもらうように言うべきだと思う。 ホ◯ダディーラー系列会社で技術が優れているとか謳っているが、接客の技術は全くなってない。修理じゃなくてそっちの技術を磨いた方がいいんじゃないかと思う。ひょっとしてディーラーからの仕事ばかり優先にして飛び込みで来たお客は適当に扱ってるんじゃないかと思う。表裏つけるような仕事してるんだとしたら、広告にあるような「◯◯系列だから安心…」とか、「何年創業で老舗だから信頼出来ます」みたいな広告辞めたほうがいい。広告看板みて 信頼出来そうだから訪ねてみたのに、こんな対応しか出来ないなら看板立てる必要無し。お客に失礼だし仕事取らないなら看板経費の無駄。ひょっとして乗っていった車がホ◯ダじゃないから敬遠したとか!? 仮に板金を必要としているような人が居て、こちらの会社の事を聴かれたとしても、今回有った出来事を話し、気分悪くなるから絶対に利用しないように勧めたいと思う。
