★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせフォームから、ご相談したい事例を説明して送信すると「新規受け付けていません」の画面が出ました。最初から受け付けないなら、フォームを送れるようにしないでほしい。詳細な個人事情を書いてしまったこともあり電話してみると、「内容は確認した。のちほどメールで返答するのでお待ちください」とのこと。しかしその後全くご連絡はありませんでした。去年のことです。こんなに失礼で無責任な会社は見たことがありません。こちらの事情を詳細にお知らせしまったので、怖い気持ちもあります。この会社にご相談したことを深く後悔しています。
