★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しゃくなげ湖上流部の中ノ岳登山口前にある十字峡登山指導センター脇の駐車場。アクセスは関越道の六日町インターチェンジを下りて国道253号線の南魚沼方面へ左折、美佐島の交差点を国道17号線の長岡・魚沼方面へ左折し900mほど先の庄之又の交差点を右折（三国川ダム・しゃくなげ湖の案内板あり）、魚野川を渡り県道233号線を道なりに進むと奥部の十字峡トンネルを過ぎて三国川の右岸へ渡ったすぐ先にある（橋の手前の林道分岐に7台と橋を渡った箇所に駐車スペースあり）。県道の三国ダムより先は11月下旬から6月上旬まで冬期通行止となる。登山センターには自販機が設置されており、2階は避難小屋として宿泊が可能（利用料1000円）。
 A parking lot beside the Cross Cross Mountaineering Guidance Center in front of Mt. Nakanodake, upstream of Lake Shakunage. To access, go down the Mutsukamachi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway and turn left on National Highway 253 toward Minami Uonuma. At the intersection of Misajima, turn left on National Highway 17 toward Nagaoka and Uonuma. Crossing the Uono River along the prefectural road 233, just past the Cross Cross Tunnel at the back and crossing the right bank of the Mikuni River (the forest road branch in front of the bridge) There is a parking space at a location across the bridge with 7 cars). Before the Mikuni Dam on the prefectural road, it will be closed in winter from late November to early June. A vending machine is installed at the mountaineering center, and you can stay as an evacuation shed on the 2nd floor (use fee 1000 yen).
