★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前住んでた所が住販の家だった。隣が夜中1時頃まで飲んで騒いで煩かったから相談したら、街中なんだから2時～3時位まで騒いでても当たり前と言われた。住販の人は自分の家の隣で夜中3時まで騒がれても普通らしい。まったく親身になってくれず、女の責任者は偉そうな横柄な態度で最悪だった。
The place where I lived before was the house of Sumitomo. When I talked to my neighbor because I was drinking until midnight and was annoyed by a noise, I consulted. It seems normal for Sumitomo people to make noise next to their house until midnight. She was not at all kind and she was the worst with her arrogant attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所のアパートの管理者が住販となっている。俺が住むマンションの隣だが朝から晩までスゲーうるさい。警察に2015から去年までで10回は来ているし、注意されている！でも、村上というやつは鼻で笑い警察が来てもはいはいですます。住販さんよーどうにかしないと警察沙汰になりますよ？今回は話じゃ済まさないからね！警告です。

マンションの契約書に嘘を書かれ、指摘すると悪びれた様子もなく、仲介会社に間に入らせ謝らせる始末。契約書書いたやつはなにも言わず。ここの初老のババアが本当に最低だと思います。1年は我慢して住むけど、引越しますぜったい。ここが管理会社のところには2度と住みたくないので。

覚悟して出向きました。
色んな質問やお願いにも嫌な顔1つせず、対応してもらえました。
入居まで決めました。満足してます。
作り笑顔で 耳触りのいい事ばかり聞かされるよりも、安心度は高いです。
酸いも甘いも知っている感じで 素晴らしいです。
星が1つ少ないのは お伺いするまでに 勇気が必要だったことです。
前でチャキチャキとしている女性に 頑張ってほしいです。
