ご担当の皆様がとても明るく、元気で、また親身に対応いただけ、よい旅行を計画することができます。おもてなし度高いです。
通常自分でネット経由で手配することが多いですが、プロの方のご提案は自分では見つけられないようなご提案もあり素晴らしいです。
また次の旅行でもお世話になりたいと思います。
普段とても多忙に接客されており、窓口のお客様を優先されているためお電話は少しつながりにくいです。
