★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店時に「いらっしゃいませ」の一言がなく、どこに行って何をして良いのかがわかりませんでした。
予約の際に個人情報(氏名,生年月日,住所,電話番号)を口頭で伝えなければならず、今の時代にはビックリな対応でした。メモ用紙に筆記して後でシュレッダーくらいしても良いと思うのですが…。
また、旅館の紹介や説明をしていただいても自分でネットで調べればわかる内容しか説明されず、わざわざ店頭に来てまで予約する必要性は感じません。
何店舗か旅行代理店にもいきましたが、そちらの方が一つひとつの宿の説明が丁寧だったり柔軟性があるので、おそらくJTBを利用することはないです。
常連さんでないのでこのような対応だったのか…いまだに疑問です。
When I entered the store, there was no word "Welcome" and I didn't know where to go and what to do.
Personal information (name, date of birth, address, phone number) had to be given verbally when making a reservation, which was a surprise response in this era. I think it's okay to write it on a memo paper and shred it later ...
Also, even if you introduce or explain the inn, you will only be able to explain what you can find out by searching online, and you don't feel the need to make a reservation until you come to the store.
I went to several travel agencies, but I probably wouldn't use JTB because the explanations for each inn are more polite and flexible.
I'm not a regular, so I wonder if it was such a response ... I'm still wondering.
