★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回相談は19:30って書いておいてください。19:34にお伺いしたところ怪訝な表情をされ、「旅行の相談をしたいのですが」と話しかけると「新規受付は19:30で終了しました」とつっけんどんに言われてびっくり。あの対応では時間内に到着していたとしてもこちらの満足する提案をしていただけたかどうか甚だ疑問。二度と行きません。
