予約プランの詳細を間違えられました。
電話もしましたが、申し訳ありませではなく、すいませんと軽い感じ。
jtb自体特に安くもないし、間違えてもすいませんの一言だけ。
アップグレードの話もギリギリまでしてこなかったり言葉使いもなってない。
(アップグレードはしてもらってません)
初めて利用したが、店員の仕事みても特に難しいことはなく、普段自分でやってる様な事と変わりなかったので、自分で予約すればよかった。
二度と利用しない。
追記、他レビューに女性店員しかいないと書いてありますが、この予約間違いをしたのは男性店員でしたので、男性もおります。
