R	RYOKO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 移動+ホテルがセットになったツアーを予約しました。結論的には、もう利用したくないです。今回はプライベートな旅行で、休日に行くプランを予約しましたが、ここは、土日は営業時間外、また土日の対応先がないので、旅行先での天候によるスケジュール変更時にとても苦労しました。総合的な問い合わせ先に連絡しても受け付けてもらえず、土日営業の店舗に連絡したところ、別店舗なので正式には言えないけど一般的には契約書に連絡先が書いてあると言われ、しかし記載もなく、飛行機が欠航確定した時点で、個人的判断で新幹線を予約しました。なので、こうしたビジネス街の店舗での申し込みは、休日プランの予約はやめた方がいいです。 I booked a tour that includes travel + hotel. Therefore, it is better not to make reservations for holiday plans when applying at stores in these business districts.
