★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新幹線の切符、特にぷらっとこだまの切符を購入の為利用しています。ホテルやツアーを申し込むわけでなく切符のみだけですがいつも対応も非常によく気持ちがよいです。
 I use Shinkansen tickets, especially Plattokodama tickets, for purchase. I don't apply for hotels or tours, only tickets, but the correspondence is always very good and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新幹線のチケットいつもお願いしてます。ホテル等はお願いせず新幹線だけですがいつも気持ちよくこちらの要望どおり用意してくれるのでありがたいです。新大阪まで行かなければいけないのが少し面倒ですが。
I always ask for Shinkansen tickets. I don't ask for hotels, but only the Shinkansen, but I'm grateful that they always feel comfortable and prepare as requested. It's a little annoying to have to go to Shin-Osaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you plan to go to Tokyo using the shinkansen, you can buy the cheapest ticket here (around 3500yen cheaper that other lines).
The staff is very helpful and they speak english. The service is very fast.
You simply chose the day and the type of seat you want (aisle or window) and the stop you'll be getting off.
