★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に酒のすすむ濃いめの味付け。アルコールも勿論、ノンアルコールカクテルの種類が多く、見た目の美しさではむしろノンアルコールの方が魅力的なくらいだった。カクテルはシロップを沈めたタイプが主で、自分でステアしながら飲む。ハイボールやサワーもフレーバーが豊富だった。他所の卓の料理が来てしまったり、飲み物のオーダーが違ったりはご愛嬌。コースの腹塞ぎにしがちなラストの飯ものを寿司にしてあるのが良かった。掘り炬燵なのもありがたい。
