当たり前にディーラー車検を、出してる方々、一度検討してみたら？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年前に予約して車検の1週間くらい前に予約確認の電話をもらったのですが、違う事務の人からまた電話がありその日は出来ないので日にちを変えてくれとの事。
先日、確認の電話をもらったのになぜ出来ないのか訪ねると、それは違う人がかけたので知りませんと言われました。
結局は車検を受けられましたが嫌な気分になりました。
I made a reservation a year ago and received a phone call to confirm the reservation about a week before the vehicle inspection, but a different office worker called me again and I couldn't do that day, so I asked him to change the date.
The other day, when I got a confirmation call and asked why I couldn't do it, I was told that I didn't know it because a different person called it.
In the end, I was inspected, but I felt uncomfortable.
