★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 係員、ケースワーカーによって対応が変わります。良い人もいれば、と言うか人間同士の相性もあるのかもしれませんが不親切に感じられる方も中にはいたりする事も。
Responses vary depending on the staff and case workers. There may be good people, or there may be compatibility between humans, but there are people who feel unfriendly.

相談をしに行きました。
担当のケースワーカーさんは良い人です。
昨年末に別の場所に梗塞を発症した事を報告しました所、ゆっくり、治療していきましょうと言って下さいました。
自分自身再発の事でショックを受けていたので ゆっくり治療していきましょう と言葉をかけていただき少しショックが和らいだ感じがしました。

The case worker in charge is a good person.
When I reported that I had developed an infarct at another place at the end of last year, I told you to treat me slowly.
Since I was shocked by recurrence myself, I told him to treat me slowly and I felt a little shock was relieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員はとても親切に応対してくれます。職員によって経験値が違うので、たまにすごーく時間がかかったあげくに「Aの書類を記入してもう１度持って来てください。」と、なる場合もあるようです。
総じて、丁寧でありがたいです。
The staff are very kind. Since the experience points differ depending on the staff, it seems that sometimes it takes a long time to say, "Please fill in the document A and bring it again."
Overall, I am grateful for the politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か相談が必要で相談させていただきましたが、自分が当たる担当者はみな使えませんでした。（解決に着地点がない）
言葉遣いは最初は丁寧ですが『心』が篭っていないので、お役所仕事だな〜と痛感させられる。(向こうがイラつくと丸め込んで締めようとする言い方もされる)マニュアル通りの回答！何パターンか用意しておいて欲しい。
何十年経っても変わらないって、一体どんな会社体制なんでしょうか。今の時代に合わせて変えていこうという気がない感じ。なるべくなら関わりたくないですが、生きていくには関わらなくてはならない時事もあるので、もう少し人間味と向上心を持っていただきたいです。こちらはマトモな質問や相談事をしているつもりですが、関わった後に苛立ちしか残りません。以上の意見や感想は昔から言いたかった事で、あくまでも私個人の感想です。

なんか対応が凄く悪いし、職員の顔と目が死んでる
出来の悪い職員の溜まり場施設になってる雰囲気がある（事実はわからんけど）
他に行ける方なら、他の福祉事務所のほうが良いと思う

Somehow the response is very bad, and the staff's face and eyes are dead.
There is an atmosphere that is a hangout facility for poorly made staff (I do not know the fact)
If you can go elsewhere, I think other welfare offices are better
