★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日マイナンバーの手続きに行きました。予約しないで行ってしまったけど４時にもう一度来て下さいと 行きましたがすごく感じのいい女性に手続きしていただきました。市役所の中の方がこんな方ばかりでしたら評判になると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフォメーションにいる女性職員、来る来庁者、来る来庁者といちいちプライベートな話ばかりしているのはいかがなものか。親しみやすい職員とダラけた職員は違う。暇なのかもしれないが、わずか30分ほどこ間に何人もの来庁者と私語ばかり交わしているのは見れたものでない。
Why don't you just talk privately with the female staff in the information, the coming visitors, and the coming visitors? Friendly staff and sloppy staff are different. It may be my free time, but I haven't seen many people talking to each other in private in just 30 minutes.

最近はあらゆる書類に印鑑が不要になったようです。

ドリンクの販売や水、茶のサービスもあります。
庁舎まえに京都銀行、京都中央信用金庫のATMもあります。
周りには丸亀製麺、ビッグボーイなどもありここが城陽でいちばん町ではないでしょうか。
駐車場もあり、手続きをすれば無料です。

There are Marugame Seimen, Big Boy, etc. around here, so this is probably the most town in Joyo.

役所なので、各種手続きに関しては融通効きませんが、愛想よくしていただきました。
ただ、12〜13時はお昼休みのようで、窓口はお昼番の方が対応されます。その時間に行ったり電話したりすると、担当者がいないなどの理由で改めるよう言われる事があります。住民票発行など単純な手続きなら大丈夫ですが、医療や福祉に関して込み入った話をしたい場合は、可能ならばお昼時を外して行くといいと思います。

Since it is a government office, it is not flexible in terms of various procedures, but it was kind to me.
However, it seems to be a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00, and the window is available for lunch. If you go or call at that time, you may be asked to change it because there is no person in charge. Simple procedures such as issuing a resident's card are okay, but if you want to talk about medical care and welfare intricately, I think it's best to skip lunch if possible.
